1. Native English speakers，Preferably in Mandarin speaking.；以英语为母语，懂汉语者为佳
2、Love children can substitute to long-term stability ,Age:3--12。.喜爱孩子能够长期稳定代课,学生年龄段3-12岁
3、Prefer internship with Pre-school student or some teaching experience; 有学前教育或教学经验者优先； 
4、The ability to work under high pressure and be flexible; 能够抗压及适应灵活的工作时间。 
5、Lively, passionate, friendly and able to mobilize the enthusiasm of students, making learning fun

6、Good command of English both in oral and written; 良好的英文口头及书面表 达能力
